Adriell Chan

Adriell Chan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product support, operations, and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Product Support, Application Monitoring, and Customer Success at Paymentus since June 2016, Adriell has previously held roles at Tata Consultancy Services as a Customer Success Manager and Engineer, and as an IT Infrastructure Engineer responsible for Sony Global Solutions Japan's Asia Pacific datacenters. Prior experience includes positions at IBM Canada Ltd. as a Storage Support Specialist, along with IT administration roles at CDN Print Plastic and Avesta Profile Systems. Adriell holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Astrophysics from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2007.
