Lauren McKenna

Lauren McKenna currently serves as the Senior Manager of Technical Escalations and Support at PaymentWorks since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren spent over seven years at Bottomline Technologies, where positions included Director of Payment Operations, Operations Manager, Operations Team Lead, and Operational Specialist. Previous experience includes serving as E-Commerce Manager and Customer Service and Sales personnel at The Warehouse Store Fixture Company from June 2012 to September 2017. Earlier roles involved working as an Animal Care Technician and Merchandise Assistant at the Marine Animal Rehabilitation Center from September 2008 to May 2012. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of New England.
