Sydney Howard

Sydney Howard began their work experience as a Claims Associate at James River Insurance Company in November 2016. Sydney then moved on to work as a Temporary Operations Associate at The Payments Company in June 2016. In this role, Sydney assisted with basic accounting and human resource projects, updated a customer profitability model with historical data, collected bimonthly inputs for office payroll, and analyzed temporary placement pricing to recommend when to convert temporary associates to permanent positions. Sydney presented their findings and recommendations to the head of HR and Finance.

Sydney Howard received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Virginia Union University. Sydney attended the university from 2011 to 2016.
