Sherif Ashraf holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum and Energy Engineering from The American University in Cairo, earned between 2009 and 2015. With a strong background in customer experience management, Sherif currently serves as Head of Customer Experience at Paymob since January 2022. Previous roles include Customer Experience Manager for the International Team at Zoomcar Egypt for a brief period in 2021, and Head of Customer Experience and Corporate Relations at MoneyFellows from June 2019 to June 2021. Sherif has also led customer care at Swvl, beginning as Community Operations Manager and later as Head Of Customer Care. Early career experiences include roles at Uber as a Customer Support Representative on the Incident Response Team and various engineering internships at companies such as Halliburton and Khalda Petroleum Company.
