Josh Quinto

Josh Quinto, DBA, CRA, currently serves as the Head of Risk at PayMongo, overseeing the enterprise risk management program since July 2022. Previously, at Maya, Quinto held multiple titles, including Head of Risk where responsibilities included securing a digital bank license and being confirmed as Chief Risk Officer by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Quinto has extensive experience in risk management roles at Uploan PH, Philippine National Bank, East West Banking Corporation, UniCapital Inc., and Bank of the Philippine Islands, demonstrating expertise in credit risk management, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate and Master's in Business Administration, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management.
