Jordan Winget

Jordan Winget, M.S. is an experienced professional in talent development and learning management, currently serving as the Director of People at PayNearMe since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jordan held various leadership positions at DealerSocket from June 2018 to July 2021, including Manager of Talent Development, where a full redesign of the Learning Management System was spearheaded using a gamification model. Additionally, Jordan developed a training curriculum for engineering teams and supported the launch of an international engineering hub. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Communication Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas, along with an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Collin College.
