Aira Pandawa

Zahira Pandawa, MHRM, is a skilled professional in engagement and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Principal Specialist at PayNet since March 2023. Previously held the position of Senior Manager for Strategic Transformations & Engagement at Affin Bank Group in early 2023. Zahira has extensive experience in employee experience and talent acquisition, demonstrated during a notable tenure at AXA Affin Insurance from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, Zahira has supported high-level executives as an Executive Assistant at AXA Affin and previously at GE, where roles included serving as Project Specialist for Malaysia & Brunei as well as providing assistance to senior management. Early career highlights include positions at Logitel, Sodexo (M), Cekap Technical Services Sdn. Bhd., and BP. Zahira holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Open University Malaysia and has completed further studies at University Malaya and UITM.
