Ralitsa Kostova

Ralitsa Kostova has extensive experience in underwriting and risk management, currently serving as Team Lead of the Underwriting Unit at Paynetics since July 2020. In this role, Ralitsa manages client relationships across key business lines including acquiring and issuing, while overseeing processes within the Underwriting E-commerce Team. Prior experience includes leading the Underwriting Unit at Transact Europe EAD, where Ralitsa prepared merchant referral statistics and coordinated a Salesforce implementation project. Ralitsa's career began at Central Cooperative Bank AD, working in risk assessment and customer service roles. Ralitsa holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Technical University of Sofia and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from South-West University "Neofit Rilski."
