Ayse Nil Sarigollu has had a successful career in the payment technology industry. From 2018 to present, they have served as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Management Committees Program, Product, and Business Development at Payolog, where they ideated and established the foundation of the company, defined and acquired the management team, and generated and implemented commercial strategies to support short- and long-term plans. Under their leadership, the company grew from 6 to 30+ employees and 6+ customers in 22 countries within two years, and they were responsible for the strategic direction and bottom-line factors.

From 2007 to 2018, Sarigollu served as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Management Committees Program, Product, and Business Development at Cardtek. During their tenure, they scaled and moved the company from startup mode with 26 employees to 300+ employees, and 150+ customers in 25 different countries. Ayse Nil was responsible for exponentially increasing and achieving 4000% revenue growth through the creation and launch of innovative payment system technologies, increasing service efficiency and quality, and implementing cost effective processes. Additionally, they oversaw and directed the international growth and partnerships activities and multiplied the company’s market value by directing M&A activities and finalizing the acquisition agreement with one of EMEA’s largest investors.

From 1997 to 2007, Sarigollu served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at Cozum Holdings A.S., as well as the Human Resources & Quality Manager. In their role as CEO, they were responsible for creating, planning, and executing the Holding Companies’ overall strategy and objectives. As Executive Vice President, they recruited, built, and managed a strong team to lead operational excellence in multiple regions, and developed strong standardized operational processes including supporting technology systems to support and drive the right workflows. As Human Resources & Quality Manager, they partnered with all levels of management and employees to communicate various HR objectives and procedures in compliance with company policy and employment law.

Ayse Nil Sarigollu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University in 1995. Ayse Nil then completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi in 2012. In 2020, they completed an MBA Essentials certification from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Ayse Nil also completed a Fintech Programme certification from the University of Oxford in 2020. In 2010, they completed an International Trade certification from Istanbul Trade University. In 2008, they completed a Management Information Systems certification from Galatasaray Üniversitesi. In 2007, they completed a Quality Management and ISO Auditing certification from AeroCert. In 2005, they completed a Professional Marketing and Sales Techniques certification from Istanbul University. Finally, in 2003, they completed a Human Resources Management Program certification from Istanbul Technical University.
