Gaurav Gupta

Gaurav Gupta currently serves as the SVP and India Site Leader at Payoneer, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Gaurav acted as an Advisor/CTO at X AI from January 2024 to January 2025, focusing on AI agents for e-commerce. Gaurav spent significant time at Farfetch, from August 2017 to June 2024, as the VP of Technology and Director for India, contributing to the company's scaling efforts as a global leader in fashion e-commerce while managing over $50M in technology spending. Additional experience includes serving as an angel investor and advisor to various startups from January 2017 to January 2024, participation in the Azure Customer Advisory Board at Microsoft from June 2021 to June 2023, and expertise in AI/ML and security. Gaurav holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Certificate in International Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
