María del Mar Fernández

María del Mar Fernández is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth leadership within the Latin American market. Currently serving as SVP Growth Latam at Payoneer since July 2019, María del Mar has held multiple senior positions, including VP GTM Latam and Country Manager for Argentina and Latam Strategy Lead. Prior to joining Payoneer, María del Mar worked at Mercado Libre from June 2010 to May 2019, progressing through various roles in business development and mobile payments. Earlier experience includes marketing and communications roles at Diebold and enfoke, along with an internship at the World Economic Forum. María del Mar holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Universidad de San Andrés, along with additional specializations in Direct Marketing and International Trade, complemented by a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
