Moti Elnekave

Moti Elnekave serves as the Global Senior Director of Learning, Knowledge, and Quality at Payoneer since March 2025 and has been an instructor at the Holon Institute of Technology since January 2008. Previously, Moti held several key positions at SolarEdge Technologies, including Director of Customer Performance Enablement and Global Training Manager from January 2020 to March 2025. Other significant roles include Delivery and Professional Services Global Manager at Amdocs, CEO of eDox, and Director of Marketing & Sales at Britannica Knowledge Systems. Moti's diverse experience also encompasses roles in learning technologies management and project management at Matrix IT and Partner Communications, among others. Moti holds an MBA in Business Management and Marketing, along with various other degrees related to Information Systems and Project Management.
