Odaya Caspi

Odaya Caspi is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an R&D Team Leader at Payoneer since May 2024, Odaya previously held positions as Full Stack Team Leader and Full Stack Developer at abra R&D Solutions from December 2017 to May 2024. Odaya began a career in software engineering with an internship at TestProject in 2017, where an artificial intelligence-driven model for autonomous functional testing was conceived and implemented, significantly improving test coverage and bug detection. Odaya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, earned in 2018.
