Steve Bacastow

Steve Bacastow has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve'smost recent role was as the Chief Product, Technology, and Compliance Officer at Payouts Network, where they recruited and mentored teams while leading the development of the company's intelligent platform. Prior to that, they co-founded QuickVault, Inc. in 2004, a forensic cloud-based platform for sensitive information protection. Steve has also held positions at Fiserv and First Data Corporation as a Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Prepaid Regulatory Compliance, respectively. Steve has extensive experience in the payment industry, having worked as an SVP, CTO, and Chief Compliance Officer at Mozido, SVP Service Delivery and Compliance at CorFire, and as a Payment Industry Consultant at Hitachi Consulting and Collective Dynamics, Inc. Steve also founded International Shared Solutions, where they provided consulting services for the payment industry. Steve began their career as the Director of IT Auditing at Equifax.

Steve Bacastow's education history begins with their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, which they obtained from Georgia State University between 1973 and 1979. Steve further pursued their education by earning a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Information Systems from the same university from 1980 to 1988.

In 2020, Steve enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and completed a course in Disruptive Strategy, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field.

In terms of additional certifications, they received the Certified Information Systems Auditor certificate from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (Atlanta Chapter) in February 1986. In the same month, they also obtained an Instructor Wing Chun Kung Fu certification from the Francis Fong Academy. More recently, in May 2023, they completed the Introduction to Artificial Intelligence course offered by LinkedIn.
