Amanda Wiltshire Craine

Amanda Wiltshire Craine is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in customer service and banking operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Customer Services at PayPal, Amanda has previously held significant positions such as Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations at Wells Fargo, and Managing Director roles at Citi, overseeing various sectors including Operations and Customer Service for the US Consumer Bank. Amanda is also a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Mr. Hudson's Cleaning Service, LLC. Earlier in Amanda's career, roles at American Express included Vice President of Global Payment Servicing and overseeing product management and customer marketing. Amanda holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BSFS in International Humanities from Georgetown University.
