Andrew Street

Andrew Street is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in indirect tax and technology. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Indirect Tax and Technology at PayPal since September 2022, Andrew has previously held significant roles at Amazon, focusing on global indirect and international tax from August 2016 to September 2022. Prior to that, Andrew contributed to Deloitte Tax LLP as a partner and senior manager in global VAT and indirect tax from May 2002 to May 2015. Andrew's career began at Arthur Andersen, where roles included consultant and manager in UK, EU, and global VAT and indirect tax from April 1996 to May 2002. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors in Mathematics and Management Studies from the University of East Anglia, obtained in June 1994.
