Andrew Street

Andrew Street is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as the Sr. Director and Global Head of Indirect Tax and Technology at PayPal since September 2022. Previously, Andrew worked at Amazon from August 2016 to September 2022, focusing on Global Indirect Tax and International Tax. Prior to that, Andrew was a Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP from May 2002 to May 2015, leading the Chicago and Central U.S. branches in Global Value Added Tax. Andrew also held various roles in Global VAT and Indirect Tax at Arthur Andersen from April 1996 to May 2002. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Management Studies from the University of East Anglia, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
