Bansilal Haudakari is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and technical roles across various reputable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at PayPal since October 2018, Bansilal has successfully expanded the engineering team from 6 to over 35 members while developing highly scalable Forex and Pricing platforms. Prior to PayPal, Bansilal held engineering management positions at NCR Corporation and technical architect roles at Oracle India, focusing on cloud solutions and government projects. Bansilal's career also includes significant contributions at Intuit, CGI, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Comcast, Gate Gourmet, and Boeing, demonstrating a robust background in system design, integration, and product development. Bansilal holds multiple Master of Technology degrees in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
