Ben Chaudoir

Ben Chaudoir serves as Senior Director of Global Professional Services at PayPal, overseeing post-live technical support across multiple countries and managing servicing strategies that safeguard significant revenue while supporting various enterprises. With experience leading Professional Services teams across Australia, Germany, the UK, and Western Europe, Ben is responsible for the technical delivery and servicing of PayPal's Enterprise merchants. Ben has held multiple leadership roles within PayPal, including Senior Director of Sales Engineering and Integration and Director of Optimisation and Integration. Before joining PayPal, Ben was a Technical Solutions Team Leader at QAS Ltd. Ben Chaudoir holds an MSci in Physics from the University of Nottingham. Additionally, Ben serves as a Board Member for the PayPal Giving Fund.
