Betsi Brouse

Betsi Brouse currently serves as the Head of People M&A at Stripe since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Betsi held the position of Director, HR M&A at PayPal from July 2015, leading multiple aspects of the M&A lifecycle, including employee experience, integration planning, and change management, while collaborating with various corporate functions. Betsi also served at eBay Inc. and PayPal in the same capacity and has experience as a Global Sourcing Manager at Motorola. Betsi began a career in strategic sourcing at Arizona Public Service, complemented by an MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.
