Elisa Federspiel

Vice President, People & Operations at Vigilent

Elisa Federspiel has over 30 years of experience in capital markets and corporate operations. Elisa began their career in 1987 at John Hancock Leasing Corporation as a Syndications Representative, where they pioneered a sales presence and developed and managed investor relationships. In 1989 they moved to BoT Financial Corporation (formerly BancNewEngland Leasing Group) as a Syndication Manager, responsible for the sale of financial products in the seven state Northeast Region. In 1991 they joined the American Cancer Society as a Unit Director, Charles River Unit, where they guided staff and volunteers in Unit fundraising efforts. From 1992 to 2004 they worked at US Bank (formerly Firstar Bank), first as an AVP/Capital Markets Group, where they developed relationships with equipment leasing brokers and was responsible for the purchase and negotiation of equipment leasing and private placements, and then as an Investment Banking Officer, responsible for the sale of Capital Market products. Finally, in 2004 they joined Vigilent as Vice President, People & Operations, where they are pioneering the use of IoT and artificial intelligence to deliver dynamic cooling management in mission-critical environments. Elisa has also held board observer, founder, Vice President Corporate Operations, and Member Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer roles at Vigilent.

Elisa Federspiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance from Northeastern University.
