Bingjie Bai

Bingjie Bai is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in fraud risk and consumer risk management, currently serving as Vice President of Global Fraud Risk at PayPal since December 2007. Prior to this role, Bingjie held various positions at PayPal, including Senior Director and Director of Risk Management. Bingjie also contributed to eBay as Senior Manager of Risk Analytics in the Trust and Safety division, focusing on advanced data mining and risk modeling for fraud detection and prevention. Earlier career experience includes serving as Credit Manager at Providian. Bingjie holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Economics from Nankai University.
