Chandramouliswaran (Mouli) V, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and risk management. Currently serving as VP Data and PayPal Ventures Advisor at PayPal, Chandramouliswaran has previously held the role of Vice President of Risk Management. Prior to PayPal, Chandramouliswaran worked as a Quant at Spark Capital India Pvt Limited and as an Assistant Manager at American Express India Pvt. Ltd. Academically, Chandramouliswaran earned a PhD in Statistics from The Wharton School and an MS in Applied Statistics from Bowling Green State University.
