Jennifer McCartney is an experienced leader in talent development and diversity, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging at PayPal since October 2020, as well as the Director of Talent & Leadership Development, overseeing professional development programs for 4,000 global leaders. McCartney has held various roles at PayPal since 2005, including Lead Manager of Leadership Effectiveness and Manager of Global Training. In addition to corporate roles, McCartney has been a Part-Time Lecturer at Dublin City University since September 2013, teaching Psychology at the postgraduate level. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, alongside foundational education in Computer Science.
