Jesse Bongards

Jesse Bongards is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Leader for Customer Success at PayPal since January 2018, Jesse has also held the position of Team Lead within the same department. Prior to PayPal, Jesse was the Managing Director at Meltwater from August 2014 to December 2017 and served as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager from June 2010 to June 2014. Jesse began a career in public affairs and PR at PLATO Kommunikation GmbH from June 2008 to March 2010. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Amerikanistik/Kulturwissenschaft from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, completed in 2009.
