Joe Maksin

Joe Maksin is a seasoned professional in technology internal audit with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at PayPal since December 2022, Joe previously held positions at PNC from January 2016 to December 2022, where roles included Senior Information Technology Audit Manager and IT Audit Manager. Prior to PNC, Joe was a Senior IT Auditor at Federated Investors from January 2012 to December 2015 and served in a similar capacity at US Steel in 2011. Joe began a career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant from September 2007 to February 2011. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
