Justin Jonas Jocom has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at PayPal since February 2019. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Associate Manager at Sutherland Global Services from October 2010 to February 2019. Justin earned an Associate's degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, where attendance spanned from 2008 to 2011, and completed secondary education at Pasig Catholic College between 2004 and 2008.
