Magdalena Munro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and emergency preparedness solutions. As Co-Founder of ReadySetGoPets since June 2024, Magdalena aims to enhance the preparedness of pet owners during emergencies. Currently, as Sr. Manager in Executive Talent Development at PayPal, Magdalena contributes to performance management and talent planning strategies. Previous roles include significant positions in technical recruiting at major companies like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and Allergan, alongside running an independent recruitment firm. As a freelance artist and poet, Magdalena creates abstract expressionist paintings reflecting themes of life and nature. Educationally, Magdalena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Philosophy from Augsburg University and further studies in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota.
