Reid Nelson

Reid Nelson is an experienced Principal UX Researcher with a strong background in user experience research and usability. At PayPal and Amazon, Reid held the positions of Principal User Experience Researcher and Senior User Experience Researcher, respectively, contributing to the development of user-centric products. Prior roles include working as a Usability Specialist at Analytic Design Group Inc. and as a User Research Consultant at Valid Concept. Reid holds a Graduate Certificate in User-Centered Design from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Western Washington University.
