Shantanu Gudihal

Shantanu Gudihal is an experienced technical product manager currently serving as the Lead Technical Product Manager for Generative AI at PayPal, focusing on onboarding Generative AI capabilities. Prior to this role, Shantanu worked at Wind River on Developer productivity and FinOps observability automation with Wind River Studio. Shantanu's notable experience includes enhancing the Azure Marketplace at Microsoft, advising on AI/ML at Archer, and leading product efforts in text analytics at Pegasystems, where significant revenue contributions were achieved. As the founder of MeshLabs, Shantanu successfully launched a text analytics software firm which was acquired by Pegasystems. Earlier career highlights include work at Sun Microsystems, contributing to Solaris features such as ZFS and Open Solaris. Shantanu holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a PGSEM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from PES University.
