Teresa Lynch

Teresa Lynch, JD, LLM, CCIP, currently serves as the Director of Global Tax Credits and Incentives at PayPal since February 2024, leading the company's global initiatives in this area. Prior to this role, Teresa was the Head of Tax at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2018 to January 2024, and also held positions at Amazon as the Head of Global Tax Credits and Incentives and Senior Manager of Economic Development from October 2015 to October 2017. Teresa's experience also includes serving as the Senior Director of Global Tax Credits & Incentives Management at Quintiles, Senior Manager of State & Local Tax at Ernst & Young, Director of Tax Credits & Incentives at Wal-Mart, and Senior Tax Counsel at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Teresa holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Stetson University College of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
