Viktoriia Dankevych

Viktoriia Dankevych is a talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in engineering recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Payrails since May 2025, Viktoriia leads the hiring process for the Engineering team, develops scalable recruitment processes, and collaborates with leadership on talent forecasting. Previously, Viktoriia held the position of Senior Recruitment Partner at Trade Republic, where responsibilities included strategic talent acquisition for Platform Engineering and employer branding initiatives. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Futurepath, where Viktoriia contributed to the transformation of future mobility, and Talent Acquisition Specialist positions at Miro and Matchr, where expertise was applied to expand recruitment pipelines for various clients. Viktoriia began the career at Sony as a Human Resources Assistant, facilitating office processes and administrative duties. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
