Mhikko Ilagan

Mhikko Ilagan has gained extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Their most recent position was as VP People at Payreto, where they were responsible for developing an exceptional employee experience and leading day-to-day operations for Human Resources, Office Administration, and IT. Prior to that, they held roles at Acquire BPO and Continuum Managed Services as a Product Trainer and Global Helpdesk Trainer, respectively. Mhikko also worked at VXI Global Solutions, LLC as a Master Trainer, Training Specialist, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Technical Support Specialist. Their earliest role was as an Internet Helpdesk Agent at Hinduja Global Solutions.

Mhikko Ilagan earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from FEU Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Mhikko obtained certifications, including being an Outward Mindset Certified Facilitator from The Arbinger Institute in 2023, a Predictive Index Champion from The Predictive Index in 2021, Basic Occupational Safety & Health Training Safety Officer 2 from the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment in 2019, and an Instructional Designer from Acquire BPO in 2018. Furthermore, they became a Strategic Partner Master Trainer and earned an E3 Certification from AT&T in November 2017.
