Christian Brink

Christian Brink is an experienced professional in sales operations and revenue management, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at Payscale since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the Sales Operating Model and collaborating with the VP of Sales Operations. Prior to this role, Christian held positions at Applied Training Systems, Inc., successfully transitioning multiple CRMs to Salesforce and automating SaaS sales processes. Christian's career also includes leadership roles at Five Ultimate LLC, where as Chief Operating Officer, significant growth in retail sales was achieved, and earlier positions in marketing and campaign management. Christian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Puget Sound in 2011.
