Kristin Boraas

Kristin Boraas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at PayScale, Inc. since March 2020, Kristin has previously held various leadership positions at Tableau Software, including Senior Director and Senior Managing Attorney, from March 2014 to December 2019. Prior to that, Kristin worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Expedia, Inc. and as an Associate at K&L Gates. Kristin Boraas obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Olaf College.
