Nicole Baccaro

Nicole (Nikki) Baccaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Payscale since September 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Nitro, Inc., managing a portfolio of 60 Mid-Market customers. Prior to that, Nicole worked at Raytheon Technologies as a Principal Specialist in Procurement, with a signing authority of $100K. Nicole's earlier experience includes managing the Technology Incubation Program at the University of Connecticut, where the focus was on launching startups.
