Rondel Ward

Rondel Ward is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in software development and data analysis, currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at Payscale since March 2021. Previously, Rondel held several roles at Payfactors, Velir, and Merkle, where responsibilities included building complex SQL queries, developing web applications using ASP.NET and Java, and performing quality assurance. Early career experience includes a position as Helpdesk Lead at Saint Michael's College, providing troubleshooting support and training for new employees, and an internship as a Junior Programmer Analyst at First Caribbean International Bank, focusing on data extraction and SQL script development.
