Sara Hillenmeyer

Sara Hillenmeyer is a Senior Director of Data Science at Payscale, specializing in compensation planning and management software utilizing AI-driven, validated salary data. Previously, Sara held roles at Amazon, including Director of Data Science and Manager of Applied Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, where customer feedback was leveraged to improve product performance through personalized experiences.
