Victoria Nazaretova

Victoria Nazaretova, CIPD has extensive experience in HR and operations management. Victoria most recently served as the HR and Operations Director at Paysenger.com, a web3.0 startup with over 90 employees across multiple countries. Prior to that, they worked at G-Core Labs S.A. as a HR Advisor and later as the Global Head of HR, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a global HR strategy, leading the HR function, and managing organizational design and change. Victoria has also worked as the Head of HR at Dataduck, HR Business Partner at Exness, and HR Business Partner at Veeam Software. Victoria has additional experience in executive search and HR consulting as well as in training and development at Nokian Tyres plc and regional HR management at Lebedyansky LLC.

Victoria Nazaretova, CIPD, holds a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from the North-West Academy of Public Administration, obtained in 2004. Victoria also attended the Teacher Training College in an unspecified timeframe. In 2019, they completed their Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Kingston University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including becoming a member of CIPD in January 2019 and completing a coaching program at the Institute of Coaching in April 2016. Victoria has also completed certifications in 360 degrees Development, Personal Development Planning, Competency Based Interview (CBI), The Leadership Challenge, and Effective Communication in People Management.
