Jeff joined PaySimple in 2014 and has more than 10 years of leadership experience in technology and customer management. Jeff is passionate about building customer-facing teams, developing leaders, and creating operational excellence to support business growth. Jeff strives to deliver exceptional experiences for customers and partners to support long-term loyalty and customer advocacy. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
