Ronel Swart

Ronel Swart has extensive experience in the payroll and HR industry. Their most recent role was as the Head of Professional Services at PaySpace, where they led a team of consultants specializing in payroll and HR implementations. Prior to that, Ronel was the National Consulting Manager Payroll and HR at Times 3 Technologies, where they managed a team and led large implementations of Sage Payroll and HR products. Ronel also had a long tenure at Sage, where they held various roles including Manager Consulting Services, Branch Manager, Professional Services Manager, and Project Payroll Consultant. Throughout their career, Ronel has been responsible for implementing payroll and HR systems, providing training, and offering support to clients.

Ronel Swart attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Communications Management with a Cum Laude distinction.
