Kerri Lister

Kerri Lister currently serves as the Head of Professional Services at EX3 since October 2025. Previously, Kerri held various leadership roles, including Head of Deployment Success at SHL and Global Risk Management and Transformation Director - Delivery at Alight Solutions. Kerri also served as Director of the Global PMO at NGA Human Resources and led Small Business Accounts Implementation at ADP UK. In addition, Kerri has experience as UK President of the International Women's Inclusion Network at ADP and has held multiple project management positions at SABMiller plc and CHEP. Kerri holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Geography from the University of Bradford, earned between 1993 and 1996.
