Tamarin Duncan

Tamarin Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Tamarin worked at PaySpace from 2016, where they served as the Head of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for developing policy, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring legal compliance. Prior to that, they were a Managing Consultant at TDC from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they worked at WesBank from 2007 to 2013, first as a HR Business Partner and then as a Talent Management Specialist.

Tamarin Duncan's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Johannesburg, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. In 2012, they pursued a BPsych accreditation in Psychometrics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Prior to their university education, Tamarin attended Midrand High School, where they completed their matriculation from 1996 to 2000.

Additionally, Tamarin has obtained a certification in "Creating a High Performance Culture" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
