Aerial Paulsen

Aerial Paulsen has over eight years of professional experience. In 2012, they began their career at Express Scripts as a Patient Care Advocate. In 2014, they joined Payspan, Inc. as a Technical Operations Analyst and Provider Services Specialist. In 2017, they moved to Florida Blue as an IT Business Systems Analyst. Finally, in 2018, they rejoined Payspan, Inc. as a Production Support Analyst and Team Lead.

Aerial Paulsen obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Information Technology from Florida State College at Jacksonville between 2015 and 2018. In December 2020, they were certified as a SAFe Practitioner by Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from MSI Certified.
