Bilal Javaid, PMP, CLSSBB, SMC, ITIL, has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2017, they began working at Payspan, Inc. as a Product Manager - Consumer Engagement. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Premera Blue Cross as a Senior Product Manager, Software Deployment Specialist, and Scrum Master. During this time, they created an application that saved Premera $3M in the first year and launched a new notification feature for the Premera mobile application. In 2016, they co-founded InstaCarWash, a "Uber for Carwash" website. From 2008 to 2007, they worked at Professional Tax Help as a Project Manager and at Shelter Insurance Companies as a Project Coordinator. During their time at Professional Tax Help, they managed the transition from a manual client management system to a CRM solution. At Shelter Insurance Companies, they directed JAD sessions to develop an online web application for customers to electronically file insurance claims.

Bilal Javaid holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, obtained in 2007. Bilal also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in April 2014. In October 2010, they obtained the ITIL Expert certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In May 2010, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Finally, in November 2015, they obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) certification from the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM).
