Janet Shield Ripley has an extensive work experience in the marketing field. Janet Shield began their career at MCI in 1993 as a Senior Manager, responsible for developing, communicating, and tracking incentive and recognition programs for the business sales segment. In 2000, they joined Clarus as the Director of Marketing Programs, developing and implementing strategic marketing programs and budgets. From 2002 to 2011, they held various positions at McKesson, UnitedHealth Group, Allscripts, and Elsevier as a Director of Product Marketing. In 2015, they joined Change Healthcare as the Strategic Marketing Lead for Healthcare Technology, developing and driving marketing strategy and execution. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Payspan, Inc. as the Head of Marketing.
