Terry Mack

Terry Mack has been in the workforce since 2000. Terry began their career as a Network Analyst and Statement Processor at Fifth Third Bank. Terry then moved to Regional HR Specialist and HR Systems Analyst roles, where they were responsible for developing processes, timely reporting, and influencing management and employees on Human Resources tasks. In 2014, they shifted to Paycor, where they took on the roles of Implementation Consultant and HRIS Consultant. In their HRIS Consultant role, they provided technical and HR expertise to support the sales team, identified trends, assessed risks/problems, and assisted with data analysis. In 2018, they moved to Payspan, Inc. as a Client Relationship Manager.

Terry Mack attended The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Terry then went on to the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they earned a BBA in Business Administrations from 2000 to 2002.
