Vonsetta S.

Vonsetta S. has been working in the field of Quality Assurance for over 20 years. Vonsetta began their career in 2000 at CitiStreet as an Operations Support Tester and Benefit Analyst. In 2004, they moved to ING as a Senior Benefits Specialist. In 2007, they joined Voya Financial as an Installation Conversion Specialist. In 2016, they became an Analyst and Associate Analyst at EY, where they performed user acceptance testing using manual testing methods and wrote test cases and test scripts for clients. Since 2019, they have been working at Payspan, Inc. as a QA Tester II and Quality Assurance Tester.

Vonsetta S. began their educational journey in 1992 when they attended Florida State University - College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing. Vonsetta then attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Master's degree in Technology Management in 2002. Finally, Vonsetta S. completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Information Technology from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2011.
