Almir Redzic

Almir Redzic is an accomplished Third Level Support Engineer and Software Developer at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company, since September 2015. Prior to this role, Almir held various technical leadership positions at Comtrade Group from February 2008 to September 2015, leading projects such as SPI for Citrix, Citrix NetScaler, Management Pack for Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Content Pack, and Siebel Management Pack, all focusing on monitoring and management solutions for diverse IT infrastructures. Almir obtained an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 2002 to 2008, and completed high school at Druga gimnazija Sarajevo from 1998 to 2001.
