Gregory Sitbon has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gregory started their career as a Telecom Engineer at Bouygues Telecom in 2001 and then moved on to work as a Telecom Engineer and Core Network Engineer at Nortel Networks from 2001 to 2002. Gregory gained experience as a Network Architect Consultant at LDCOM in 2003, where they worked on a telecom operator project. Gregory also worked as a Field Support Engineer at Nortel Networks in 2003 and as a Project Manager for Training at Wavecom in the same year. In 2003, they also worked as a Testing Engineer at Orange.

From 2004 to 2006, Gregory worked as a New Product Implementation Consultant at Nortel, where they were involved in the validation of new software and hardware. Gregory then joined Eservglobal in 2006 as a Service Delivery Architect, responsible for the Intelligent Network and Prepaid system integration and supplier. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst and Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator in Eservglobal from 2009 to 2010.

In 2011, Gregory joined epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company, as a Delivery Manager, overseeing the Electronic Operator PIN distribution system and POS Activation feature projects. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Technical Project Manager at epay, where they managed developments for an offshore team in India and oversaw project managers. Gregory was later promoted to Director of Project Operations in 2015, where they continued to manage project operations.

Gregory Sitbon obtained their baccalaureat degree in Computer Science from Lycée Aristide Briand, which they attended from 1993 to 1996. Following this, from 1996 to 2000, Gregory pursued their higher education at Université de Rouen and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Telecommunication.
