Priscilla Ekhator

Priscilla Ekhator is the current Operations Manager at Paystack. Prior to this, they worked as a Facilities Coordinator at Andela from April 2016 to January 2019. In this role, they managed the Emergency response team and procedures, scheduled trainings, Fire drills etc. Priscilla also supervised the execution of special projects such as space set-ups and renovations. Other responsibilities included ensuring good housekeeping and building safety, managing catering services, fleet management, procurement for Facilities team, Facilities payment requests and budget tracking monthly, drafting bi-annual satisfaction surveys, catering surveys etc, analysing results and creating reports, housing management - allocations, evictions and payment tracking, Facilities administrative tasks - drafting policies and ensuring compliance, vendor SLAs and payments, and products developed to automate Facilities processes. Priscilla supported the Facilities Manager and other members of the team to achieve their goals and ensured security of property and premises.

Before their role at Andela, Priscilla worked as a Facility Manager at Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services Ltd from July 2015 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for all facilities management activities in the company including but not limited to maintenance, security, housekeeping, repairs and renovations.

Priscilla began their career as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer at Adegbonmire and Associates from March 2014 to April 2015 where they were responsible for carrying out feasibility studies for real estate development projects, appraising properties and advising clients on the best course of action.

Priscilla Ekhator has a Master's degree in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos, and a Master's Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. Priscilla also has a Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology Akure.

They are on a team with Emmanuel Onyia - Growth, Dapo Awobokun - Growth, and Kennedy Offor - Business. Their manager is Shola Akinlade, Co founder & CEO.
